Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and cost-efficiency. This role will focus on automating deployments, enhancing system reliability, and supporting the seamless delivery of business and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Design, manage, and optimize cloud-based services to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Monitor and control cloud costs while maintaining system performance.
  
  

CI/CD Pipeline Development:

• Create and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Ensure deployment processes align with Agile delivery practices.
  
  

Performance And Security Testing:

• Own performance testing, disaster recovery planning, and security assessments.
• Proactively address potential system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g, Python, shell scripting).
• Expertise in infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management systems.
• Hands-on experience with disaster recovery, security testing, and system resilience planning.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how they integrate with DevOps practices.
• Financial business: banking and payments is a plus.
