Retail Media Project Manager

If you have:

• Previous experience in sales, media sales, media account management, or digital marketing (preferably in media agencies, media, or FMCG environments)
• Excellent organizational skills to successfully coordinate resources, tasks, risks, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met
• Understanding of media management and advertising, as well as in-store marketing
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies
• An analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, data-driven insights, and performance reporting
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Very good Estonian and English language skills
• Higher education degree in business management or a related field comes (an advantage).

We will entrust you:

• Sell Rimi retail media solutions to brands and agencies
• Develop the Rimi advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions
• Identify new revenue streams and convert potential clients into long-term customers
• Act as the main point of contact between the Rimi advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies on a daily basis and during campaigns
• Oversee campaign execution and analyze results, providing recommendations for improvements and future activities.
