ROLE OVERVIEW

Project Manager/Senior Manager will lead and manage construction projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline compliance. Oversee engineering and construction processes, coordinate teams, and ensure adherence to regulations and contract requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engineering & Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with design principles, quality standards, and local construction regulations.
• Oversee project quality, timeline, and costs in line with contract requirements.
• Develop construction schedules and quality assurance systems to meet project objectives.
• Conduct inspections, manage concealed acceptance, and review construction materials.

Construction Execution & Site Supervision

• Conduct pre-construction surveys on utilities, land conditions, and site readiness.
• Review project drawings, oversee foundation, structural work, and completion acceptance.
• Supervise on-site civil, structural, and architectural work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee daily site operations and documentation.
• Address design and construction issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

Cost Control & Contract Management

• Monitor and control project costs, review economic visas, and support budget adherence.
• Manage contracts, assist in resolving disputes, and support bidding processes.
• Participate in contractor evaluations, technical reviews, and specification assessments.

Coordination & Project Completion

• Participate in weekly coordination meetings, review reports, and track engineering progress.
• Ensure synchronization of internal engineering data and adherence to supervision rules.
• Manage defect resolution from project handover to the end of the liability period.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; engineering certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, engineering structures, and technical drawings.
• Ability to oversee on-site work, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.
