• Role: Data Analyst
• Salary Range: €100K - €110k
• Contract Length: 11- months - PAYE - paid weekly
• Location: Dublin, remote/ hybrid (must already be based here in Ireland, no sponsorship available)

As a Data Analyst, you will be working within the Quality Analytics and Insights team which sits in org's Operations team.

What you’ll do:

• Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights
• Build compelling dashboards in Tableau to drive key decisions
• Partner with teams across Legal, Compliance, Insights, and Systems
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst within a Consulting or Tech Background
• SQL expertise – you can write clean, efficient queries
• Tableau mastery – you know how to build dashboards that tell a story
• Strong stakeholder management – you can make data accessible to all
• Good knowledge/ experience in statistical analysis of data using techniques like regression, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Excellent communication skills.
