DevOps Engineer for Journey Automation Team

Job Description

The Developer Experience tribe offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the productivity and satisfaction of developers here at Danske Bank. Our tribe aims to enhance the productivity of developers by providing user-friendly products, dashboards, and reports.

You will:

• Contribute to building banks Internal Developer Platform
• Contribute to establishing and evolving infrastructure and application development blueprints
• Automate the SDLC processes to enable developers to focus on writing valuable code rather than getting bogged down in manual, formal procedures
• Integrate best in class development, security, observability, CI/CD, AI tools into the developer platform
• Ensure the availability, stability, and integrity of the platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise
• Follow industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions
  
  

About you:

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in cloud environment (AWS)
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
• Previous experience with IaC tools (e.g. Terraform, Crossplane)
• Great problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with financial services or working in a regulated environment would be an advantage
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
