Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KPI and SLA implementation, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implement and manage service delivery processes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve service-related issues and escalations promptly.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in KPI and SLA implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
