Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KPI and SLA implementation, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet established KPIs and SLAs.
- Implement and manage service delivery processes in line with ITIL best practices.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and resolve service-related issues and escalations promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in KPI and SLA implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
