Project Manager

Are you looking for a new challenge as a Project Manager?

We are seeking an experienced professional in managing international technology projects. The ideal candidate will lead distributed teams and be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering high-impact projects in areas such as Mobile, Web, Blockchain, e-Commerce, and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, set objectives, structure the timeline, and detail the tasks to be completed.
• Design and coordinate sprints, outlining a clear roadmap for each phase of the project.
• Work closely with the development team to define technical specifications and effective solutions.
• Manage project documentation and access permissions.
• Coordinate meetings and periodic reports, acting as the main liaison between the technical team and clients.
• Proactively report on project progress, anticipating and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Good level of English.
• Strong organizational skills and self-management in remote work environments.
• Proactivity, a positive attitude, and strong negotiation skills.
• At least 4 years of experience managing international technology projects, preferably in consulting or software companies.
• Solid understanding of software development and the application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience using project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or GitHub Projects.
• Basic knowledge of Git and experience reviewing tasks on collaborative platforms (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
