Product Manager

The Role

We’re seeking a mid-level Product Manager to own and enhance our core product features, focusing on increasing Fitness Creator Satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineers and a Product Designer, to deliver solutions that empower Fitness Creators and inspire Consumers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of features that improve satisfaction and retention among Fitness Creators.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship impactful updates aligned with Creator needs.
• Analyze Creator feedback and data to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Maintain a bias toward action, ensuring delivery in an agile, iterative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience, ideally with consumer-focused or Creator economy products.
• Ability to synthesize insights from user feedback and translate them into actionable features.
• A track record of driving satisfaction metrics or delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
• English fluency
