About the Job
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives that span across multiple business lines. You will oversee all aspects of project engagement, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change management, and risk mitigation. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are aligned with strategic objectives, and ensuring smooth communication across GTO, business leadership, and stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, requiring both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and you will manage critical projects with budgets ranging from $10 - $20 million.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking credit domain (10-20 years).
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering IT system solutions within budget and timelines.
• Experience leading RFP and ITC processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and independently lead projects.
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $10 - $20 million.
• Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
