We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join Tietoevry Banking's dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the specific needs of the banking industry. You will collaborate with a team of software engineers and professionals to create high-quality, reliable, and scalable software applications for the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions for the banking industry
• Design and implement software applications according to specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Create unit and integration tests
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the banking industry
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience with front-end development using frameworks such as React, Typescript
• Experience with C++, SQL or Spring technologies will be considered as advantage
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Linux
• Knowledge of banking industry regulations and security considerations
