Staff .NET Engineer

FinBytes is a Lithuanian branch of an established FinTech product specializing in an Investment Portfolio Management System. Our platform handles high-volume trades in the U.S. financial markets, where quality, precision, and security are paramount. We've even won industry awards for customer satisfaction!

As our product grows, so does our team, and we’re looking for a Staff or Principal .NET Engineer to join our European team and lead the development of new product features (focusing on 3rd party integrations (API/SSO)).

At FinBytes, our engineers are hands-on throughout the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements (working with Product Owners) to deployment. Each team member is empowered to make meaningful contributions without a rigid hierarchy, offering a collaborative environment to grow and excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in English (our working language)
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL Server
• Ability to lead 3rd party integration team (API and/or SSO)
• Cyber Security knowledge
• Experience with Microservices

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS
• FinTech industry knowledge

• Distributed Team Collaboration: Work with team members in Lithuania (Vilnius and Kaunas) and the U.S. on Lithuanian working hours.
• FinTech Knowledge: Learn about the financial industry and contribute to building a top-tier investment management product.
