Responsibilities:

• Identify concrete and measurable efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring optimized resource utilization and an end-to-end approach to order processing.
• Drive technical decisions and oversee their implementation to align with project objectives.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, engaging all relevant parties throughout the project.
• Provide regular status updates and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Handle project-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.

Profile:

• Strong banking expertise.
• Experience in lateral leadership, with the ability to drive impact and alignment across multiple teams without direct line authority.
• Solid understanding of IT projects and technical implementations.
• Experience with the following systems is a plus:
• Web CMS (e.g., Magnolia)
• Post-scanning systems
• Interfaces & Databases
• Finnova
• Flowable
• BSI
• Soft Skills & Work Approach
• Experience working in agile teams (JIRA/Confluence).
• Strong sense of ownership and self-organization.
• Proactive mindset with a solution-driven approach ("can-do" attitude).
