Director of Information Technology

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Director of Information Technology & Digital Transformation to lead our company's digital transformation strategy, oversee Salesforce and Shopify platform integrations, and manage end-to-end IT processes. This role will be responsible for defining technology and process improvement strategies to enhance operational excellence and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage the digital transformation strategy: Design and implement technology and process improvement projects in alignment with the company’s long-term business goals.
• Salesforce & Shopify management and integration: Ensure that CRM and e-commerce platforms work seamlessly with company operations, maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflows.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and technology investments: Develop innovative solutions to strengthen the company’s digital assets, implement new technologies, and manage the IT budget.
• Process improvement and automation: Work closely with business units to analyze processes, develop efficiency-driven solutions, and enhance automation systems.
• Project and portfolio management: Define the scope, timelines, and resources for company-wide technology projects and lead project teams effectively.
• Cybersecurity and data management: Establish and enforce information security policies while overseeing data protection processes.
• Team leadership and organizational development: Manage IT and process improvement teams, enhance technical skills among team members, and foster an innovative work culture.
• Strategic business partnership: Collaborate with business units to understand technology-driven needs, provide effective solutions, and support operational workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, software development, or process improvement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and Shopify platforms, with experience in managing and optimizing these systems.
• Deep knowledge of ERP, CRM, API integrations, and process automation.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or PMP project management methodologies, with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Experience in developing digital strategies, managing technology investments, and IT budgeting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
