LOCATION- St Albans

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is seeking a Product Manager to join a leading company based in St Albans. This role will involve managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and business objectives.

The Product Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

• A degree in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in product management within a manufacturing, engineering, or consumer goods environment
• Strong understanding of product development processes, market research, and competitor analysis
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies
• Knowledge of pricing, costing, and financial analysis related to product development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Product Manager role will involve:

• Leading the development and execution of product strategies
• Managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring products to market
