We are looking for Project Manager Senior , who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

Experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in Agile environments;

Proven success in leading agile transformations or managing agile PMO functions in innovation or technology focused roles;

Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, global organization;

Project Management & Delivery;

Plan, execute, and monitor projects for the Innovation Council, specifically focusing on the "Technology Garage" (a framework for capturing and developing Innovation ideas) and key events, including the Global Hackathon. Using Agile methodologies to deliver initiatives efficiently and effectively;

Develop Agile roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules for Garage & Culture activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring progress, managing risks, and resolving blockers;

Coordinate resources across teams, track deliverables, and ensure project milestones are met;

Support the operations of the Technology Innovation Council, ensuring alignment between Garage initiatives and council priorities;

Organize and facilitate council meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and manage follow-ups; Present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to the council to drive strategic decision-making;

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication;

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and agility across all project teams;

Prepare and deliver regular updates on Garage & Culture initiatives to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations for next steps;

Process Optimization & Reporting;

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Garage & Culture activities through Agile practices;

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into project progress and outcomes;

Standardize project management processes and tools to ensure consistency and scalability across all Garage & Culture initiatives

Strong commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certifications;

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are a plus;

Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira and Planner;

Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel;

Familiarity with Lean, Design Thinking, or other innovation frameworks is a bonus;

Desirable Skills:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certifications;

Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira and Planner;
