Project Manager

Randstad Digital is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's Shared Services team within Commercial Operations, with a strong focus on LATAM. This role requires the ability to influence decision-making at all levels within Commercial Operations, working in a dynamic and global environment.

Work Mode: 100% Remote | Dedication: Full-time

Contract: Permanent | Availability to travel required

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Stakeholder & Change Management
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPI/OKR).
• Team Coordination: Lead small- to mid-sized project teams across business units and regions.
• Risk Management
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process optimization.
• Resource Management: Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Business Architect mindset with a background in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
