Your Role
As a Software Engineer, you'll be involved in every stage of designing and building new systems. From shaping initial ideas and planning to coding, documenting, and testing, you'll contribute to creating high-quality solutions. Your role doesn’t end at development—you'll also support deployment, maintenance, and continuous optimization. You'll work as part of a collaborative product team, sharing responsibilities with other professionals to deliver and enhance software solutions effectively. Each member carries out a particular step of the development process.

Your Role
As a Software Engineer, you'll be involved in every stage of designing and building new systems. From shaping initial ideas and planning to coding, documenting, and testing, you'll contribute to creating high-quality solutions. Your role doesn’t end at development—you'll also support deployment, maintenance, and continuous optimization. You'll work as part of a collaborative product team, sharing responsibilities with other professionals to deliver and enhance software solutions effectively. Each member carries out a particular step of the development process.
Your Responsibilities
- Writing and implement effective, secure, and maintainable software.
- Automated Testing (Unit, integration) as well as manual testing and smoke tests
- Maintenance of build pipelines, related infrastructure and middleware
- Ensure software quality through clean code practices, peer reviews, and pair programming.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, refactoring, and synergy across systems.
- Oversee operations, monitoring, and 3rd-level support for delivered products.
- Manage special responsibilities such as release management.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, UX/UI designers, and business analysts on projects.
- 3+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot (including Spring Data).
- Experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Adheres to clean code principles and has practiced development techniques like TDD, BDD, and Pair Programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Creative in finding innovative and effective solutions while taking ownership of the product.
- Strong communication skills, able to consult and collaborate effectively within the team.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
