As Team Leader, you will play a key role in building up a new Java team. The team’s mission is to design identification solutions that will inspire customers with AI-driven, fully digital, and secure processes.

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop and optimise the Java-based IT architecture
• Work closely with the data science team and product management team
• Technical coaching and further development of your team

Your Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experiences as Senior Java Developer
• Initial experience in a management role
• Strong microservice architecture knowledge (Spring Boot)
• Knowledge of IT integration projects
• Fluent in English and German
