Recruitment Co-Ordinator

On behalf of a client in the Construction sector I am actively recruiting for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to work closely with the HR team. Excellent opportunity to join a well established company and take the next step in your career.

The role is based fully onsite in North Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting its culture, values and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, to include College Placement Students and Graduates.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to uncover opportunities for sourcing top graduate talent.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for career fairs, including event planning and reservations.
• Represent the company at career fairs, showcasing the company's opportunities.
• As requested, source qualified candidates, review CV, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
• Actively managing communications with candidates regarding progress and outcome of interviews.
• Co-ordinating key activities associated with the onboarding process.
• Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
• Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards etc.
• Monitor recruitment mailbox.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and analytical thinking ability
• Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships with a proven track record of gaining buy-in
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
