QA Engineer (mid)

We are currently looking for a Manual QA Specialist to join our Technology Consulting Unit. In this role, you’ll work alongside a team of experts focused on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that drive progress for our clients. What You Will Do

• Perform test planning, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
• Review requirements and technical documents to provide timely, meaningful feedback.
• Apply manual testing methodologies while leveraging automation to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Drive quality assurance improvements for both new and existing functionalities, incorporating automation when beneficial.
• Collaborate with developers and teams to integrate manual and automated testing efforts.
• Coordinate testing efforts within the project team and support automation framework maintenance to enhance manual testing processes.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, including test case development and execution.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus, with the ability to contribute to test automation efforts.
• Solid understanding of test automation principles and the ability to transition manual test cases to automated scripts
• Familiarity with the full software testing life cycle and defect tracking processes.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers and product teams.
• Good problem-solving skills, atention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
