Mid/Senior Project Manager for the Omnichannel Unit

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Project Manager to join our Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering innovative IT solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centres, we work directly with clients to design seamless customer journeys.

In this role, you will lead complex IT implementation projects for local and international clients, ensuring smooth delivery from initiation to go-live and hypercare. You will coordinate cross-functional Scrum teams, manage stakeholders and requirements, and drive Agile delivery while maintaining strong collaboration between business and technical teams.

What You Will Do

• Lead IT / software development projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams (developers, QA, and other specialists) and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure clear and aligned requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
• Support change management and manage scope adjustments in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee post-go-live support and continuous improvement activities.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, IT project management methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing releases, deployments, and post go-live support.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-changing environments.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
• Experience in banking or fintech sectors would be beneficial.
