Senior Mobile Developer - Android

Languages: English is mandatory; French is a big asset

Location: Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, shippable features within a Scrum team.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements.
• Working alongside designers and product owners to create innovative, user-friendly mobile applications.
• Engaging in code reviews and technical discussions, advocating for best practices and coding standards.

Profile:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying native Android applications within an Agile environment.
• Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose, with a deep understanding of the differences between traditional XML-based UI (Legacy Views) and the declarative Compose approach.
• Proficiency in modern Android components, including Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, ViewModel, and Navigation Component.
• A solid grasp of architectural patterns such as MVVM or other relevant models for Android development.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and implementing unit/UI testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with dependency management tools (Hilt/Dagger is a bonus).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and data storage solutions.
