Role Description

This is role perfect for someone who is looking to get exposure with high growth brands in the e-commerce space. In the remote role, we're seeking an Junior Project manager to join our growing team at Eleven. As a solutions-focused and proactive person, you'll play a critical role in project and retainer delivery for our clients.


You'll work closely with our Client Services Manager to support and execute our approach to project management, ensuring we deliver success for our clients and the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to take charge of creative projects and make an impact. From web development to branding and creative partnerships, you’ll be at the centre of project execution, collaborating with designers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.


What you will be doing

  • Collaborate effectively with clients to deliver seamless, successful projects and products.
  • Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
  • Assist in Project Planning & Execution: Work with senior managers to scope, budget, and plan projects, tracking progress and making sure all milestones are met.
  • Foster and enhance client relationships, contributing to our business pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and developers for project execution.
  • Support projects from inception to completion, regularly updating stakeholders on milestones and deadlines.
  • Support planning and execute digital projects from start to finish.
  • Content population and administration for e-commerce
  • Support creative brand project deliverability, timings and comms


Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong project management skills, particularly in E-commerce
  • Experience in an agency
  • Ensure Quality Output: Support quality control processes, ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Experience in e-commerce CMS, Shopify in particular
  • A proactive, assertive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working in a digital or creative project management capacity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to keep projects on track
  • Great attention to detail, with a focus on quality and highly organised
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer or Shopify e-commerce industries is a plus
  • Someone who understands the complexity of a fast paced, small team delivering on a range on projects at one time.
