Technical Delivery Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a team member to be positioned as a "Technical Delivery Specialist" in our software development department.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams responsible for the development of applications/services and network integrations.
• Oversee & enrich project technical timelines and deliverables, while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Drive technical and business analysis to create detailed project requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
• Manage and optimize DevOps build and release pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and system integration tasks.
• Regularly follow up with teams, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment across all project phases.

Required Technical Skills

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks.
• Understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle, particularly iOS.
• Good knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in reporting tools and architecture (PowerBI, DataLake, DataSphere).
• Interfaces/systems integration architecture knowledge is a plus (OPCUA, SAP Interfaces, SNOW, etc...).

Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements to bridge technical and business objectives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as DevOps, Jira, or similar.

Soft Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Ability to think critically and manage challenges proactively.
• Proactivity in taking tasks and responsibilities.
• Stong delivery according to the project plan.
• Documenting and organization of his own schedule and deliverables as well as others.

Mobility/Availability

• Available to travel to customer locations for project milestones.
• Available to cover customer technical milestones, which may happen on weekends or holidays (of course this is compensated for by other days).

Education and Experience

• MES/WMS experience (nice to have)
• Experience in Agile, Powershell, Azure Suite, PowerBI.
• Experience on leading/support leading projects which show the mention skills .
