We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest, Romania (hybrid).

What you'll be actively doing:

• Oversee the delivery of major business initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans to monitor and track projects.
• Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time and delivering the business objectives within pre-set management timeframes.
• Ensure company resource availability and allocation.
• Define which methods are more efficient for our teams to deliver the results the stakeholders are expecting.
• Perform risk management and assessment to minimize project risks.
• Create workflows for the Project Management department and the company departments.

Here’s how you get us excited:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in managing projects spanning multiple departments and business areas utilizing a range of methodologies.
• Have Business workflow experience (Jira experience is a bonus).
• Have a deep understanding of fundamental management methods behind scalable businesses.
• Be an organized person that can keep an updated, basic, working knowledge of core products in our company, ensuring the team does the same.
• Have a PMI certification (for example, PMP or PMI ACP, or PRINCE 2).
