Desired Qualifications:

• Graduated from Engineering & Business Administration department of universities,
• Preferably working in the role of Buying Manager / Junior Buying Manager / Merchandiser / Buyer / Product Manager / Junior Product Manager,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Buying or Product, skirt & dress and woven,
• Experienced in analysis and reporting,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• High curiosity and willingness to learn, acting with a continuous research perspective,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• Experienced in strategy, process and system improvement processes,
• Advanced level of English.

Job Description:

• In line with the vision and mission of the company, in order to have and exhibit products suitable for the style, needs and budget of the customers of the brand it is responsible for and to realize the financial / customer / employee / supplier satisfaction targets of the brand under the guidance of corporate principles; to develop the process, system and organizational structure that will ensure the realization of the transformation, development, OKR and KPI targets in the fields of deadline, quality, price, fabric, supplier management, ideal collection, ideal range and design; to create a high performance team and climate; to carry out activities of reducing, planning, directing, developing, coordinating and controlling targets; to make performance visible and manage risks in a way to ensure accountability.
