About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving cloud-based solutions while automating deployment processes. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, scalability, and reliability across the software development lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance of IT platforms.


Key Responsibilities

DevOps Operational Excellence

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce manual errors.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain containerized solutions using Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) and Docker.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues to ensure system stability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps to drive continuous improvement.


Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot incidents and provide timely solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on the integration of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
  • Support application teams by ensuring optimal functionality of data storage and processing systems.


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular system reviews and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of DevOps initiatives.


Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP are highly preferred.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification is a plus.


Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Kubernetes.


Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools like Terraform.
  • Knowledge of security patch management and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools for infrastructure performance and health checks.
