Title: Senior Project Manager -Oracle ERP Rollout & Finance

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Dubai

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong end-to-end project management experience, including Finance and at least two Oracle ERP implementation and/or rollout projects

Solid functional and technical background, particularly with Oracle ERP and other Finance systems.

Strong knowledge of scrum and agile principles with hands-on experience managing teams as a Scrum Master.

Good hands-on experience with Jira.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering etc.

PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are mandatory.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with proven exposure to senior stakeholder management up to C Level.

Min 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance is essential.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
