About My Client
My client is a full-service digital experience agency, specialising in strategy, design, development, and optimisation. They work with global organisations across sectors such as healthcare, legal, energy, logistics, and housing, helping to drive digital transformation.
The London team collaborates closely with teams in Sri Lanka and Australia to create and support global digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to a Developer Team Lead, you will:
- Develop user-focused websites, ensuring best practices in web standards, accessibility, and usability.
- Contribute to multiple projects, including CMS-driven websites, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code that meets business objectives and ensures stability and performance.
- Take a security-first approach, staying informed on best practices in secure development.
- Work within Agile SCRUM teams, collaborating with developers, designers, and project managers.
- Continuously develop your skills, staying up to date with advancements in web development.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and internal discussions.
Technical Skills & Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Front-End technologies, including:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript
- SEO best practices & semantic markup
- .NET Development (C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API)
- Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, Moq)
- CMS experience (Sitecore, Optimizely, Umbraco, Contentful)
- Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Security principles & cross-browser compatibility
- Git version control & automated testing
- User experience & accessible design (WCAG standards)
Additional experience with Azure, AWS, DevOps pipelines, Blazor, or PowerShell would be an advantage.
