Job Title: HR Generalist
Location : Toronto ON (Hybrid)
Duration of Assignment :12 Months contract to hire role
Pay Range : $27.00/hr to $28.00/hr
Job Description:
As an Early Talent Learning Programs Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing logistics, coordinating events, and supporting talent development initiatives for our Capital Markets team. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and program participants to ensure seamless program execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad or early-career professional looking to build a career in HR, talent development, or event management within the financial industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Program & Event Coordination: Support the end-to-end execution of early talent learning programs, including booking venues, coordinating travel, managing invitations, and tracking attendance.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Work with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth delivery of training and development programs.
- Logistics & Administrative Support: Handle calendar management, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and program-related documentation.
- Communication & Reporting: Manage program-related emails, track expenses, and generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and improve the efficiency of early talent learning programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, event planning, talent development, or logistics (internships & co-op experience count!)
- Interest in HR, campus recruitment, or learning & development
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage program-related logistics
- Prior experience in the financial industry (a plus but not required!)
