Senior Audio Visual Designer

The Senior AV Designer is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and implementation of audio-visual (AV) systems for mega projects. This role involves developing detailed shop drawings, creating schematic designs, conducting coordination workshops, and ensuring best practices in AV design. The Senior AV Designer works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing AV solutions. Additionally, they provide technical support, training, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and project execution.

Job Description:

1. Leads the shop drawings preparation and submissions based the Project scope.
2. Create the system’s detailed schematic design based on the project scope.
3. Coordination workshops and technical support to the projects team.
4. Coordination workshops with suppliers to apply Best Practices in Design Development.
5. Ensure principles of aesthetic appearance, operational functionality and durability are followed.
6. Prepare progress reports (monthly, annual, drawings log, etc ).
7. Raise any design coordination points to relevant authorities.
8. To impart training to design team members & draughtsmen to improve team activities and efficiency.

Candidate should have at 7 - 10 years as Sr. AV Designer
