Principal Consultant – AWS SRE

10+ years' experience is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of reliable, scalable, and highly available systems on AWS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain SRE best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
• Advocate for automation and continuous improvement in operational processes, including incident management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and availability, leveraging AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of SRE principles and practices across the organization, fostering a culture of reliability and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
