We are looking for an experienced project lead to undertake a series of workforce model reviews across a range of services and clinical groups to help us build new models of service delivery.

The project lead will be key to the work of implementation and evaluation of any changes proposed and be a strong agile outcomes focused person to undertake the work required to make this project a success.

This project will work across all areas of the Royal Melbourne Hospital and help us develop our services and structure to meet the needs of the future.

Your New Role Requires You To

• Understand all components of the project management process.
• Prepare clear project proposals and accurate estimates of required costs and resources.
• Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals, and define monitoring, reporting and communication requirements.
• Monitor the completion of project milestones against goals and takes necessary action.
  
  

You Will Need To Have

• Strong operational experience in an acute hospital setting
• Understanding and experience with organisational change
• Knowledge and experience of workforce models both centralised and decentralised across the 24/7 care continuum
• Proven performance and outcomes in redesign methodology
• Ability to engage and communicate across a range of professional and support service groups
• Ability to be self-directed but also take direction and change course depending on the organisational needs
• Understanding of technical solutions to support models of care
• Understanding of the key relevant EBA’s depending on the project priorities
