Must-haves In The Technology Stack

  • At least 2 years of Scala experience
  • At least 3 years of programming experience.
  • Akka (Actors, Streams, Http), Cats, Cats Effect, SQL DBs, Docker

  • Excellent communication skills, so you can communicate well with the technical team and our clients.
  • Advanced level English, as you'll be working with international teams.

Salary

  • 10 000 to 24 000 PLN net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR)

The compensation will depend on your experience and skill set, with opportunities for growth as you develop. You can expect regular, open discussions to ensure transparency. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract option is also available.

The recruitment process varies depending on the current project, but it typically follows the structure outlined below:

  • Discovery talk with HR (about 30 min.).
  • Technical talk with our developer (about an hour).
  • Call with the client (about an hour)
  • Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).
