YOUR TASKS

• Administrative processing and updates of the training overview and SharePoint;
• Managing inbox distribution and coordinating training logistics;
• Tracking attendance, managing materials, and registering trainers;
• Handling inquiries about the training offerings and ordering necessary supplies;
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions;
• Onboarding day: organizing, hosting, improving, and managing materials and welcome packages;
• Onboarding for managers: coordinating trainings delivered by HR Advisors (HRAs);
• Maintaining relationships with trainers for ongoing internal and external training sessions;
• Supporting the development of new (E-) learning programs.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Learning & Development or a related field;
• Or: A completed vocational education (MBO) with relevant work experience in L&D or training (Didactic knowledge);
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups;
• Possesses creativity that can be applied to developing training programs;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
