Your Role

• Lead with Structure: Establish project management frameworks and governance in partnership with the MES Site Lead, P3 IT Program Manager, and global MES stakeholders.
• Be the Connector: Act as the vital link between global teams and local project stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of objectives.
• Deliver Excellence: Plan, track, and drive project milestones while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Champion Best Practices: Apply and enhance project management methodologies (Agile, SDLC) and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
• Foster Collaboration: Support IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers (DCMs) in aligning MES standards and ensuring Computer System Validation (CSV) excellence.

What You Bring

• Expertise: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, coupled with 7+ years of Project Management experience in Pharma and GxP system implementation.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of MES implementation, SDLC, CSV, and regulatory requirements like 21-CFR Part 11 and Eudralex.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to manage projects across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, a service-oriented mindset, and a track record of influencing stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
