Experience:

• Years of Experience: 8-10 years.
• At least 3 years as a Lead Developer.
• Experience mentoring a team of Software Developers.
• Strong experience in soliciting requirements from business users.

Essential Skills:

• Calypso Expertise: Hands-on experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards, ideally with Calypso v17/v18.
• Customization & Development: Recent hands-on experience customizing and developing on Calypso v16+.
• Experience with Calypso APIs and extending Calypso functionality.
• Financial Services: Proficiency in Fixed Income, Derivatives, Money Markets, and other financial products. Knowledge of Derivatives Clearing and MBS products.
• CI/CD and DevOps: Familiarity with current CI/CD tools, Git/Bitbucket, and experience with peer reviews.
• Strong understanding of Windows and UNIX environments, application security configurations, and best practices.
• Agile: Experience working with SAFe Agile framework and using JIRA and Confluence.
• Business Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, processes, and integrations.
