Full-Stack Engineer (Java)

The Full-Stack Engineer (Java) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing IT applications within an Agile implementation environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.  

Responsibilities & Duties: 

• Analyze, design, and develop IT systems or applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.  
• Review and analyze enhancement/change requests and draft amendment/program specifications.  
• Maintain and update system documentation.  
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and other stakeholders in an Agile iterative development environment.  
• Understand the interdependencies of application, system, and database services to identify and resolve bottlenecks effectively.  
• Utilize modern development tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.  
• Develop test cases, conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), perform load testing, and optimize system performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  
• Deploy applications to production and provide post-implementation support.  
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.  
• Perform any other assigned duties as required.  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:  

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.  
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies like React.js, TypeScript, and Python.  
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Agile Sprint Planning.  
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).  
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, security, and performance optimization.  
• Preferred Skills:  
• Experience with Cloud/PaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, OpenShift).  
• Knowledge of Serverless Frameworks.  
• Proficiency in Docker/containerization technologies.
