Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of high-quality IT systems and applications. You will participate in a highly Agile, iterative development environment, working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, and document IT systems and applications based on business needs.
• Evaluate and respond to enhancement/change requests, and write clear and concise amendment/program specifications.
• Maintain and update system and application documentation.
• Participate in system reviews and Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives.
• Identify interdependencies between applications, systems, and databases to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Utilize modern development tools and techniques to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Create unit tests, develop test cases, conduct SIT, perform load testing, and tune system performance to meet SLAs.
• Deploy applications to production environments and provide post-deployment support.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience in modern web application technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Proficient in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and processes for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Serverless Framework and Docker/container technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring.
