Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale operations in the cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, BPO industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
• Oversee daily operations, including trading, customer service, compliance, and security processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve business efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions.
• Optimize risk management frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Support expansion strategies, including market entry and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, or BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, process optimization, and operational leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience working with international teams and scaling global operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
