As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with expertise in React to craft seamless, responsive, and engaging user interfaces.

Position Overview

As a Founding Front-End Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing the user experience for our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with founders, designers, and back-end engineers to create beautiful, high-performance web applications that bring AI creativity to millions. This is an opportunity to own the front-end architecture and shape the visual and interactive direction of our rapidly growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders, designers, and back-end engineers to build, test, and refine responsive user interfaces.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern front-end frameworks.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
Integrate RESTful APIs and back-end services to ensure seamless functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and AI-driven UX innovations.
Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React (preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
Solid understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Knowledge of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, npm, Vite, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
Bonus: Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or AI-powered UI/UX innovations.
