Your role💼

As a Project Manager your challenges will include:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Optimize workflows and improve project management methodologies through PMO best practices.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Drive change management initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in business processes.
• Report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor ‘s degree in economics
• 10 years of experience in managing complex projects in international environments in Vienna.
• Specialized in Project Management and PMO, with a strong focus on governance, process optimization, and resource management.
• Fluent in Austrian German and English
• Experience in managing local and global stakeholders, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and project budget and timeline control.
• Used to working in dynamic and challenging environments, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate resources.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
