UX/UI Designer

In This Role You Will

We’re looking for a talented UX Designer with strong interaction and visual design skills. Passionate about crafting polished, user-friendly solutions, you’ll collaborate across agile project streams with BAs, developers, product owners, and UX colleagues to create intuitive, visually consistent experiences. Your work will directly impact our users by balancing usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create brand-consistent, accessible designs and build interactive prototypes to test key interactions through our user research panel.
• Leverage data and research insights to inform design decisions, refining experiences based on user behavior and feedback.
• Work closely with developers to guide implementation and evolve the WebBeds UI pattern library based on observed interactions.
• Provide pragmatic design solutions that can be delivered iteratively, embracing feedback and challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your contributions to web application products. Mobile or desktop platforms is a plus.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address business goals and user needs.
• High proficiency in working with complex design systems and creating high-fidelity designs in Figma aligned with current standards.
• Designing for responsive and adaptive interfaces across devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with developer needs and the ability to prepare well-documented designs for an efficient handoff process.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design processes such as Design Thinking.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews.
• Ability to interpret and apply research findings and analytics data to improve designs.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile and lean workflows and the ability to deliver designs in iterative cycles.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying current on UX/UI trends and tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
