We are currently looking for an IT systems support engineer.

What You'll do:

• Provide technical support for IoT, internal systems and network issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to solve complex issues
• Monitor IT systems
• Manage user accounts and assist with issues
• Communicate with IoT partners to ensure good function of IoT devices

• A passion for learning and growing in IT field
• Fast decision-making and analytical thinking
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Be well organized and attentive to details
  
  

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of: SQL, Azure insight, server monitoring Grafana, Elastic search Kibana
• Experience with Help Desk system

Monthly salary:

• From 1675 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
