About the Job

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and administering our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud accounts, ensuring the stability and security of cloud environments, and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) to support scalable and efficient cloud operations.

Position located at: Libadiye Office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS and Azure.
• Perform cloud administration tasks, including account management, permissions, resource monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Ensure cloud environments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot cloud-related issues, and implement improvements to enhance availability and reliability.
• Automate cloud operations and administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
• Keep up with the latest cloud technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization stays aligned with industry trends.
• Work closely with development and IT teams to support cloud-based applications and infrastructure needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Experience with AWS and Azure (GCP experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of cloud administration tasks, including IAM, networking, storage, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Elasticsearch etc.).
• Understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.

Preferred:

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS).
• Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or equivalent are a plus.
