We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to join our passionate and growing team.

Key Purpose:

As the Development Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software applications across full-stack environments, including websites, back-end systems, mobile apps, and reporting tools. You will ensure that our software meets the business requirements, follows the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and supports the success of our clients.

Description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of software applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance software systems in collaboration with the development team.
  • Analyze technical requirements and create documentation that outlines technical solutions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure software meets business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and best practices.
  • Work closely with hardware vendors and third-party providers (e.g., SIM and modem suppliers) to integrate hardware and software solutions.
  • Write high-quality code, perform debugging, and ensure efficient unit testing of software modules.
  • Lead junior team members, provide mentorship, and maintain consistent communication with senior developers and project managers.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and strategic development meetings.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring predictable schedules and quality delivery.


Skills and Experiences: Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Programming Experience: At least 2 years of programming experience, including Android and iOS for commercial applications.
  • Leadership: Minimum of 2 years leading technical development teams.
  • Full Stack Development: At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, including Android, .NET (cross-platform and back-end), Angular, SQL Server, and Power BI.
  • Sector Experience: Experience in the Parking, Compliance, or Research sector
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in systems design, .NET Web development, Angular, Android/iOS development, Power BI, Azure Cloud, and web services.
  • Development Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the full SDLC and industry standards for quality development.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
