The Role

Working closely with your Construction Manager, you'll lead the delivery of luxury multi-residential projects valued between $30M and $50M. These projects will range from 3 - 10 storey developments.

The right candidate will confidently manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. Key responsibilities will include overseeing all phases of the project to guarantee successful delivery, profitable project outcomes, and positive engagement with all stakeholders.

The Builder

This specialist apartment builder who turnover roughly $75M per annum, across an average of 4 projects, typically valued between $25M - $50M.

Other than building to the highest quality possible, they are a loyal, honest and high performing business led by experienced construction professionals - they are considered to be one of the more reliable and professional builders in this space.

Established decades ago, the organisation has been growing, conservatively, year on year, and attracts high quality performers.
