Join our client, a specialist sub-contractor, on a major project based in Dresden, Germany. This is a key leadership role within a high-profile, circa two-year project, offering a strong remuneration package.

The successful candidate will be employed by a German entity and will report to the Operations Director(s) and Managing Director (based in Ireland).

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of the project, leading the site management team and ensuring the works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and in line with contractual and quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between the client, design team, site teams and head office, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

This role will suit a senior construction professional with proven experience managing complex projects, strong contractual knowledge, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
