• Support human resources strategies to facilitate the development, performance management, and succession planning of individuals.
• Support and facilitate internal mobility processes.
• Provide support and guidance on human resources processes to business units and functions.
• Support employee relations and internal communication processes.
• Manage the promotion request management system.
• Support tenure reward processes.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources Business Partners.
• Lead and implement human resources projects. For example, developing various projects to increase employee engagement.
• Organize events and well-being activity series to enhance employee participation and motivation.
• Utilize necessary tools to analyze and report human resources data.
• Conduct workforce analysis and making data-driven decisions to support strategic planning.
• Organize various activities to enhance workplace culture and promote teamwork.

You will be perfect fit if you have..

• Bachelors degree from related departments of universities.
• Min 2 years of experiences in HR.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and follow through on tasks until completion are crucial.
• Innovative, strong digital mindset and high learning agility.
