Join RBI's Marketing Technology team on our mission to futureproof RBI’s digital channels. We seek a talented and data-centric Web & Mobile Tracking Specialist to help continue our success story. This role is within the Marketing Technology Tribe and reports to the Product Owner of the Web & Mobile Tracking Setup. Your mission at RBI:

  • Implement and manage web and mobile tracking solutions for data collection.
  • Set up web analytics platforms and related measurement tools.
  • Partner with in-house and external teams to test and optimize tracking implementations.
  • Develop technical instructions for developers based on project briefs and specifications.
  • Serve as the technical contact for measurement implementation requests.
  • Act as a consultant for the Group marketing team and other units on web and mobile analytics topics.
  • Test, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot tagging and collection implementations.
  • Analyze online user behavior and customer journeys to deliver actionable insights.

Your core competencies:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with tag management systems in web and mobile app environments.
  • Proficient with Web Analytics platforms and web measurement tools, especially the Google Tech Stack (Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager).
  • Ability to read and edit JavaScript code, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of Web and Browser Technologies and Web APIs.
  • Ability to interpret data to extract actionable insights and conclusions.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the impact of measurement technologies on websites and online advertisements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, test, and refine.
  • Business-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to agile ways of working.
